oBIOGRAPHY

For over 30 years, David has been successfully representing clients in medical malpractice and personal injury cases throughout the state of Pennsylvania, with a particular practice emphasis on helping the families of children who have suffered cerebral palsy, Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE) and similar birth injuries. He has been recognized by organizations such as Super Lawyers, Philadelphia magazine’s Top Attorneys in Pennsylvania, and The Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He was chosen for Central Penn Business Journal’s inaugural “Power List for Personal Injury Lawyers” in 2023, and again in 2024 and 2025. Many of his clients have received settlements of more than $1 million dollars.

David has also been called upon to serve as a mediator in personal injury cases, utilizing his experience and expertise to help others resolve claims. He is certified as a mediator by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and by the American Institute of Mediation, which provided 40 hours of formal alternative dispute resolution training.

David has litigated cases throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in both State and Federal courts. He has been admitted to the bars of the Supreme Court of the United States of America, The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, The United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. David is also licensed to practice law in the state of New York. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Dauphin County Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
