Nijole brings a wealth of experience to NOW Law (Navitsky, Olson & Wisneski LLP.) She is a highly accomplished trial lawyer and partner with over 30 years’ experience obtaining justice for catastrophically injured victims of wrongdoing. Nijole specializes in medical malpractice, catastrophic injury and birth trauma cases involving complex medical issues. With a unique background in law and public health, she is a zealous advocate who passionately pursues justice and meaningful recovery for the devastated families she represents.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Microbiology, Nijole went on to earn her Master’s degree in Preventive Medicine-Epidemiology. Her path to law was shaped by an early interest in the intersection of medicine and justice. Nijole earned her J.D. from DePaul University’s College of Law. Her background in epidemiology provides a unique perspective to medical malpractice cases which is invaluable in complex litigation. Nijole is one of the founding partners of NOW Law and has dedicated her practice to helping individuals and families who suffered catastrophic injuries due to the reckless, negligent conduct of others. She is proud to have successfully resolved numerous multimillion dollar cases on behalf of her clients providing them crucial compensation in the face of tragedy.
